Get Started With Your Opioid Addiction Treatment

If you are ready to start your recovery from opioid addiction, give us a call or send us a message. Our team will start by asking you a few simple questions to learn more about your needs and see how we can help you. Then, we will schedule you for the first appointment we have available.

You are welcome to walk into your local MedMark treatment center and meet with our staff to tour the facility and get your questions answered. If you want to begin treatment with us, we do recommend scheduling your visit in advance since we will need two to three hours for your first appointment.

Our Eligibility Requirements

If you want to start our program, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Present photo identification
  • Show evidence of opioid dependence based on our initial assessment
  • Agree to follow our policies and procedures

Our Admission Process

During your first appointment with us, we will:

  • Complete a physical assessment
  • Review your medical and drug history
  • Ask you to complete a drug screen
  • Have you meet with an intake counselor
  • Review our policies and procedures

What You Can Expect From Treatment

When you arrive for your appointment, you will meet with one of our medical team members to start the admission process. During your appointment, your provider and counselor will work with you to create your treatment plan, and you will receive your initial dose of medication.

Once you are admitted to our program, you will receive:

  • Education about opioid use disorder and addiction, medication-assisted treatment and substance use counseling
  • Information about HIV/AIDS and other medical conditions commonly associated with opioid use
  • Random drug screenings, breathalyzers and other required testing to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Medical evaluation and supervision with referrals to additional medical treatment and physician collaboration as needed

Your Options for Payment

We want to make treatment as affordable for you as possible, which is why we offer several payment options. Our treatment centers accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and money orders if you plan to pay for treatment yourself. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance and veteran insurance, but we suggest verifying your insurance coverage with your treatment center, since plans vary by location. Grant funding may also be available if you are uninsured, so reach out to us for details on your options.

Contact us to find a MedMark location near you to learn more about available payment options.

Our Guest Medication Services

If you are traveling and would like to receive your medication from one of our treatment centers, we can provide this service for up to 30 days. You do not need to be our patient to use guest medication, and we offer this service at any of our MedMark-affiliated locations nationwide.

To request guest medication services, talk to your counselor at least 48 hours in advance so your home treatment center can coordinate your medication with the guest treatment center. Please note there is a daily fee associated with guest medication services, so reach out to learn more.
